{"id":1810,"date":"2021-11-17T14:16:24","date_gmt":"2021-11-17T14:16:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ahliacbf.com\/?page_id=1810"},"modified":"2025-12-03T11:07:10","modified_gmt":"2025-12-03T11:07:10","slug":"call-for-papers","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ahliaeo.com\/index.php\/call-for-papers\/","title":{"rendered":"Call for Papers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Dear Scholars.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We are pleased to announce that the 9th Equal Opportunities Conference, titled \u201cIndustry 5.0 and Circular Economy\u201d (EO2026), welcomes research papers written in either <strong>English or Arabic<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The conference is \u200eorganized by <strong>Ahlia University<\/strong> in collaboration with <strong>Brunel University Londo<\/strong>n and <strong>the University <\/strong><strong>\u200eof Business and Technology KSA<\/strong>, the conference will take place <strong>09th -10th February 2026<\/strong>, at <strong>Wyndham Grand Manama,<\/strong> <strong>Manama<\/strong>, <strong>Bahrain.\u00a0<\/strong>The conference will be hosted as hybrid with physical and virtual attendance options.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">It aims to gather leading academics, professionals, scholars, and researchers \u200eto share their knowledge and new ideas and discuss current developments in the \u200efield of digital innovation and business sustainability with an integration of equal opportunities in different context. It aims also aims \u200eto shed the light on topics related to the use of digital innovation and business sustainability that \u200ecould support policy makers, business leaders and higher education institutions in various ways in relation to usage of different digital innovative tools to support operations and business sustainability.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The audience will benefit from different research papers from national, regional, and international scholars discussing real issues tacking the use of digital innovation in different aspects including governance, education, communication, and other related fields. In line with United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, the conference is focused on Gender Equality and therefore topics will be presented with a gender quality focus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>The conference aims to <\/strong><strong>\u200etackle issues related to the following aspects in relation to gender equality in the following areas: <\/strong><strong>\u200e<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assess the impact of Industry 5.0 on business sustainability and governance<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Shed light on different responsible innovation practices, tools and techniques in relation to the industry 5.0 and circular economy<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Publish high-quality research that focuses on gender equality in terms of application, use or practice of different technologies to support circular economy in a transformative business environment covering various contextual factors.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0Act as a guide for scholars, practitioners, and policymakers while devising or revising policies and procedures related to United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.\u200e<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>The conference includes different sub themes as follows:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Business sustainability<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Technological innovation<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Education management and governance<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Financial technology and transformation<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Business operations and global challenges<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We are pleased to announce that Springer Nature\u2019s proceedings\/book technically support the 9th Equal Opportunities Conference. The conference proceedings will be published with an ISBN number and indexed by SCOPUS. \u200e<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A selection of high-quality papers will also be considered for Journal Publication in Q1 journals in a dedicated special issue, subject to further development to meet the journal requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In response to the interest expressed by contributors and audience, we are also pleased to announce that <strong>research papers written in Arabic are welcome<\/strong>. Dedicated discussion sessions will be arranged for Arabic-language papers during the conference.
